Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Engage with leads and follow up to build and nurture client relationships.
- Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their needs, then show properties that align with their desires.
- Manage transactions from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Build your own network and client base while also benefiting from our extensive market knowledge and client database.
- Stay informed on local real estate trends and community developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A positive attitude and a passion for real estate!
- Great communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Basic tech knowledge and comfortable with digital tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
