Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in Sales & Letting to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and experienced in leasing and selling commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek and secure new commercial property listings for sale and lease.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and business clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Negotiate and close commercial property transactions effectively.
- Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of commercial property deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for property promotion.
- Stay up-to-date with local and international real estate trends, particularly in Malta’s evolving commercial property landscape.
- Assist foreign investors in navigating the local real estate market, including legal and residency aspects when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, particularly commercial sales and leasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
- A solid understanding of the Maltese commercial real estate market.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to network and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Mandarin, are a plus due to increasing demand from international clients.
- Possession of a valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
