Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a letting team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.
• Develop and implement a strategy to achieve letting goals and revenue targets.
• Set individual targets and collaborate with agents to ensure their success.
• Track, analyze, and interpret letting figures for reporting and strategic adjustments.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to deliver excellent results.
• Plan and lead training initiatives to enhance team performance and growth.
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong ethical principles and a commitment to loyalty and professionalism.
• A real estate license and local market knowledge are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must own a car and be flexible with travel as needed.
