Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, build, and manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching.

  • Set individual sales targets and collaborate with agents to ensure success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales figures, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure the team has the resources required to excel in their roles.
  • Plan and lead team training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in sales.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building cohesive teams.
  • Strong sense of ethics, loyalty, and commitment to professional standards.
  • A real estate license and familiarity with the local market are advantageous but not essential.
  • Must own a car and have the flexibility to work across various locations.
