- You have at least 3 years' experience working as a Real Estate Agent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong network within the real estate industry
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Familiarity with the local market in Malta is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
